Yes, walk-ins are welcome at our Lakhisarai & Patna offices during office hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM). For students already in Kyrgyzstan, our Bishkek office on Isa Akhunbaev Street is also available for in-person support. For a focused 30-minute counselling session, we recommend calling ahead.
Within 1–2 hours during office time, and usually within 4–6 hours outside office time. For urgent admission deadlines, we keep a senior counsellor on call till 9 PM.
